Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest elektrownia wodna przepływowa zawierająca ramę oraz łańcuch, do którego zamocowane są łopaty, współpracujący z przekładnią i generatorem charakteryzująca się tym, że: rama składa się z dwóch usytuowanych naprzeciwlegle ram: pierwszej ramy (1a) i drugiej ramy (1b), a w końcach pierwszej ramy (1a) i drugiej ramy (1b) naprzeciwlegle do siebie usytuowane są po dwa koła podsiębierne (4), osadzone na wspólnej osi, w górnych rowkach krawędzi pierwszej ramy (1a) i górnych rowkach krawędzi drugiej ramy (1b) osadzone są łańcuchy (7) z ogniwami, a każda para naprzeciwległych ogniw łańcuchów (7) połączona jest prętami, do łańcuchów (7) zamocowane są łopaty (10) osadzone na ramie łopaty zamocowanej do pięciu ogniw łańcuchów (7), a powierzchnia nośna łopaty (10) jest wklęsła w kierunku przepływu wody, wał zamocowanego do ramy silnika połączony jest z dwoma przekładniami walcowymi napędzającymi przekładnię kątową, przy czym przekładnie walcowe osadzone są na wspólnej osi zamocowanej między naprzeciwległymi kołami podsiębiernymi, a przekładnia kątowa, większa od przekładni walcowych osadzona jest na osi koła podsiębiernego, a ponadto wyposażona jest w pływaki (25) zamocowane do dolnej części pierwszej ramy (1a) i drugiej ramy (1b).The subject of the application is a run-of-river hydroelectric power plant comprising a frame and a chain to which blades are attached, cooperating with a gearbox and a generator, characterized in that: the frame consists of two oppositely located frames: the first frame (1a) and the second frame (1b), and at the ends of the first frame (1a) and the second frame (1b) there are two undershot wheels (4) located opposite each other, mounted on a common axis, chains (7) with links are mounted in the upper grooves of the edge of the first frame (1a) and the upper grooves of the edge of the second frame (1b), and each pair of opposite chain links (7) is connected with rods, blades (10) are attached to the chains (7), mounted on a blade frame attached to five chain links (7), and the bearing surface of the blade (10) is concave in the direction of the water flow, the shaft of the engine attached to the frame is connected to two cylindrical gears driving the gear angular gear, wherein the cylindrical gears are mounted on a common axis mounted between opposite undershot wheels, and the angular gear, larger than the cylindrical gears, is mounted on the undershot wheel axis and is additionally equipped with floats (25) attached to the lower part of the first frame (1a) and the second frame (1b).
