Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element (10) do mocowania szyny (70) do kształtownika (60), zawierający podstawę (20) przystosowaną do oparcia o kształtownik (60), część podpierającą (30) przystosowaną do oparcia o szynę (70) w celu dociśnięcia szyny (70) do kształtownika (60), przy czym podstawa (20) i część podpierająca (30) są nachylone względem siebie i połączone ze sobą za pomocą co najmniej jednego ramienia (40) przystosowanego do przenoszenia sił między podstawą (20) a częścią podpierającą (30), przy czym między podstawą (20) a częścią podpierającą (30) znajduje się szczelina (50) przystosowana do odbierania co najmniej części szyny (70) lub kształtownika (60). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zespół mocujący panelu fotowoltaicznego.
