Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania wysokowytrzymałej dwufazowej stali średniomanganowej w postaci blachy gorącowalcowanej, prowadzony poprzez walcowanie, nagrzewanie i wyżarzanie charakteryzuje się tym, że stop o zawartości masowej poszczególnych pierwiastków wynoszącej: od 0,1% do 0,30% C, od 4% do 6% Mn, od 0,05% do 0,4% Si, od 1,5% do 2,5% Al, od 0,15% do 0,3% Mo, walcuje się na gorąco do grubości między 3 a 12 mm, następnie obrabia cieplnie w linii ciągłej w piecu, najpierw w strefie wstępnej w temperaturze 800°C do 1000°C, w której materiał przebywa do osiągnięcia temperatury 700°C — 720°C przy szybkości nagrzewania w zakresie temperatury 400°C do 700°C - 720°C od 1 do 5 °C/s, a następnie w strefie wyżarzania w temperaturze w zakresie 700°C — 720°C, w której stal przebywa przez czas od 20 do 90 s, po czym stal chłodzi się na powietrzu do temperatury pokojowej.
