Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja elastomerowa na bazie kauczuku naturalnego na wyroby gumowe o polepszonych właściwościach mechanicznych i stabilnych właściwościach użytkowych, która zawiera kauczuk, tlenek cynku jako aktywator, stearynę jako plastyfikator, zespół sieciujący zawierający siarkę i disiarczek 2,2'-dibenzotiazolu oraz jako napełniacz hydrolizat enzymatyczny keratyny lub mieszankę hydrolizatu enzymatycznego keratyny i aminokwasu, ewentualnie zmieszany krzemionką strąconą. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania kompozycji elastomerowej na bazie kauczuku naturalnego, o polepszonych właściwościach mechanicznych i stabilnych właściwościach użytkowych, o składzie określonym powyżej, polegający na tym, że do ciągłej warstwy uplastycznionego kauczuku wytworzonej na walcu przednim walcarki, wprowadza się kolejno, w przeliczeniu na 100 części wagowych kauczuku, 5 części wagowych aktywatora w postaci tlenku cynku, 2 części wagowe plastyfikatora w postaci stearyny, napełniacz w postaci 5 — 10 części wagowych hydrolizatu enzymatycznego keratyny lub w postaci sporządzonej uprzednio mieszanki 4 — 4,5 części wagowych hydrolizatu enzymatycznego keratyny i 0,5 — 1 części wagowej aminokwasu, ewentualnie zawierający dodatkowo 20 części wagowych krzemionki strąconej i na końcu zespół sieciujący w postaci 2,5 części wagowych siarki i 1,5 części wagowych disiarczku 2,2'-dibenzotiazolu i po uzyskaniu na walcarce mieszanki tych składników w postaci płyty, płytę tę po ochłodzeniu poddaje się wulkanizacji.The subject of the application is an elastomer composition based on natural rubber for rubber products with improved mechanical properties and stable functional properties, which contains rubber, zinc oxide as an activator, stearin as a plasticizer, a crosslinking group containing sulfur and 2,2'-dibenzothiazole disulfide, and as a filler an enzymatic hydrolysate of keratin or a mixture of an enzymatic hydrolysate of keratin and an amino acid, optionally mixed with precipitated silica. The application also covers a method for producing an elastomer composition based on natural rubber, with improved mechanical properties and stable functional properties, with the composition specified above, consisting in introducing into a continuous layer of plasticized rubber produced on the front roll of a rolling mill, in sequence, on a per 100 parts by weight basis of rubber, 5 parts by weight of an activator in the form of zinc oxide, 2 parts by weight of a plasticizer in the form of stearin, a filler in the form of 5 - 10 parts by weight of an enzymatic hydrolysate of keratin or in the form of a previously prepared mixture of 4 - 4.5 parts by weight of an enzymatic hydrolysate of keratin and 0.5 - 1 part by weight of an amino acid, optionally additionally containing 20 parts by weight of precipitated silica, and finally a crosslinking unit in the form of 2.5 parts by weight of sulfur and 1.5 parts by weight of 2,2'-dibenzothiazole disulfide and after obtaining a mixture of these components in the form of a plate on a rolling mill, the plate is subjected to vulcanization after cooling.
