Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja biostymulatorów o właściwościach nawozowych charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera odpad organiczny: insekty o zawartości białka od 50% do 60%, węglowodanów od 10% do 20% tłuszczy od 20% do 30% i/lub odpady rybne o zawartości białka od 10% do 30%, węglowodanów od 0,1% do 1%, tłuszczy od 20% do 30% i/lub odpady zwierzęce o zawartości białka od 20% do 25%, węglowodanów od 0,1% do 1%, tłuszczy od 5% do 15%, roztwór ekstrakcyjny w postaci mieszaniny kwasów: kwasu siarkowego(VI) i/lub ortofosforowego i/lub fosfonowego i/lub cytrynowego i/lub askorbinowego i/lub jodowego i/lub ortokrzemowego i/lub selenowego i/lub molibdenowego i/lub borowego oraz mikroelementy: Cu, Mn i Zn dodane w formie siarczanów. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wywarzania kompozycji biostymulatorów o właściwościach nawozowych znamienny tym, że w pierwszym etapie wybrany odpad organiczny poddaje się procesowi hydrolizy kwasowej za pomocą roztworu ekstrakcyjnego w postaci mieszaniny kwasów: kwas siarkowy (VI) o stężeniu 30% - 60% wag. i/lub kwas ortofosforowy o stężeniu 10%-30% wag. i/lub kwas fosfonowy 10% - 30% wag. i/lub cytrynowy 20% - 50% wag. i/lub askorbinowy 5% - 10% wag. i/lub jodowy 1% - 10% wag. i/lub ortokrzemowy 1% - 5% wag. i/lub selenowy 1% - 10% wag. i/lub kwas molibdenowy 0,1% - 0,4% wag. i/lub kwas borowy 1% - 5% wag., w temperaturze od 20°C do 200°C, następnie w drugim etapie przeprowadza się hydrolizę zasadową tego samego materiału organicznego co w przypadku hydrolizy kwasowej, za pomocą wodorotlenku potasu. Następnie uzyskany hydrolizat kwasowy neutralizuje się za pomocą hydrolizatu zasadowego do osiągnięcia pH od 4,0 do 8,0. Po procesie neutralizacji następuje separacja uzyskanej zawiesiny w celu uzyskania fazy ciekłej stanowiącej kompozyt biostymulujący o właściwościach nawozowych, będący przedmiotem wynalazku oraz fazę stalą stanowiącą dodatek granulacyjny do nawozów stałych.The subject of the application is a composition of biostimulants with fertilizing properties, characterized in that it contains organic waste: insects with a protein content of 50% to 60%, carbohydrates of 10% to 20%, fats of 20% to 30% and/or fish waste with a protein content of 10% to 30%, carbohydrates of 0.1% to 1%, fats of 20% to 30% and/or animal waste with a protein content of 20% to 25%, carbohydrates of 0.1% to 1%, fats of 5% to 15%, an extraction solution in the form of a mixture of acids: sulfuric acid (VI) and/or orthophosphoric acid and/or phosphonic acid and/or citric acid and/or ascorbic acid and/or iodic acid and/or orthosilicic acid and/or selenium acid and/or molybdic acid and/or boric acid, and microelements: Cu, Mn and Zn added in the form of sulfates. The subject of the application is also a method for producing a biostimulator composition with fertilizer properties, characterized in that in the first stage, the selected organic waste is subjected to an acid hydrolysis process using an extraction solution in the form of a mixture of acids: sulfuric acid (VI) at a concentration of 30% - 60% by weight and/or orthophosphoric acid at a concentration of 10% - 30% by weight and/or phosphonic acid 10% - 30% by weight and/or citric acid 20% - 50% by weight and/or ascorbic acid 5% - 10% by weight and/or iodic acid 1% - 10% by weight and/or orthosilicic acid 1% - 5% by weight and/or selenium 1% - 10% by weight. and/or molybdic acid 0.1% - 0.4% by weight and/or boric acid 1% - 5% by weight, at a temperature of 20°C to 200°C, followed in the second stage by alkaline hydrolysis of the same organic material as in the case of acid hydrolysis, using potassium hydroxide. The obtained acid hydrolyzate is then neutralized using alkaline hydrolyzate to achieve a pH of 4.0 to 8.0. After the neutralization process, the resulting suspension is separated to obtain a liquid phase, constituting a biostimulating composite with fertilizer properties, which is the subject of the invention, and a solid phase, constituting a granulating additive for solid fertilizers.
