Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy zespołu sprzęgowego do łączenia wagonów kolejowych, zawierającego aparat pociągowy (10) umieszczony pomiędzy oporą przednią (6) i płytą oporową (5) w przestrzeni pomiędzy środkowymi belkami (1, 2) ramy wagonu, przy czym opora przednia (6) jest sztywno połączona ze środkowymi belkami (1, 2) ramy wagonu, zaś płyta oporowa (5) jest osadzona przesuwnie pomiędzy tymi belkami (1, 2), a za płytą oporową (5) jest umieszczona opora tylna (7) zamocowana na stałe do ramy wagonu, przy czym pomiędzy oporą tylną (7) a płytą oporową (5) jest umiejscowiony zespół pochłaniania zwiększonej energii, który stanowi drąg (8) i umieszczony wokół niego element skrawający (12). Wynalazek charakteryzuje się tym, że element skrawający (12) jest umieszczony przy oporze tylnej (7), a drąg (8) z jednej strony opiera się na płycie oporowej (5) i jest przez nią dociskany, zaś z drugiej strony wchodzi w element skrawający (12) i jest w nim zamocowany z możliwością zerwania mocowania.The application concerns a coupling assembly for connecting railway wagons, comprising a towing device (10) placed between a front support (6) and a support plate (5) in the space between the central beams (1, 2) of the wagon frame, wherein the front support (6) is rigidly connected to the central beams (1, 2) of the wagon frame, and the support plate (5) is slidably mounted between these beams (1, 2), and behind the support plate (5) there is placed a rear support (7) permanently attached to the wagon frame, wherein between the rear support (7) and the support plate (5) there is placed an increased energy absorption assembly, which is a rod (8) and a cutting element (12) placed around it. The invention is characterized in that the cutting element (12) is placed at the rear stop (7), and the rod (8) rests on the one side on the stop plate (5) and is pressed by it, and on the other side it enters the cutting element (12) and is fastened therein with the possibility of breaking the fastening.
