Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zestaw elementów do krycia dachu, obejmujący szklane dachówki wyposażone w ogniwa fotowoltaiczne (9), gdzie każda dachówka ma cztery boki — prawy, lewy, górny i dolny, jest skonstruowana z dwóch prostokątnych szklanych płytek, (1, 2), pomiędzy którymi to szklanymi płytkami oraz w przezroczystym materiale termoplastycznym umieszczone są ogniwa fotowoltaiczne. Każda dachówka ma konstrukcję i jest wyposażona w dodatkowe elementy, które ułatwiają jej montaż, a także poprawiają wytrzymałość na różnego rodzaju uszkodzenia. W skład zestawu wchodzą również wkręty metalowe, których główki mają średnicę odpowiadającą średnicy otworu przelotowego w górnej płytce szklanej, z zachowaniem luzu, a gwint ma średnicę odpowiadającą średnicy otworu przelotowego w dolnej płytce szklanej, z zachowaniem luzu. W skład zestawu wchodzą również tuleje ochronne, o średnicy odpowiadającej średnicy otworu przelotowego w dolnej płytce szklanej, które w pozycji zamontowanej dachówki znajdują się w otworach przelotowych, między wkrętami a dolną płytką dachówki.
