Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja powłok adhezyjnych, zawierająca prekursor estrowo-uretanowy oraz fotoinicjator sieciujący w zakresie UV-A w rozpuszczalniku organicznym, korzystnie w octanie etylu, która charakteryzuje się tym, że kompozycja zawiera w składzie prekursora diakrylan poli(glikolu etylenowego), przy czym diakrylan poli(glikolu etylenowego) ma masę molową powyżej 750 g/mol. Stosunek wagowy prekursora wraz z fotoinicjatorem do diakrylanu poli(glikolu etylenowego) zawiera się w zakresie 1:99 do 99:1. Kompozycja umożliwia uzyskanie warstwy powłokowej łatwo usuwalnej o zwiększonej przyczepności zarówno na powierzchni metalicznej jak i powierzchni hydrofobowej wykorzystując zjawisko adhezji. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób nakładania kompozycji powłoki adhezyjnej na zabezpieczaną powierzchnię. W korzystnym sposobie wg wynalazku, odważkę fotoinicjatora związek fosfinowo-ketonowy rozpuszcza się w octanie etylu. Po czym do mieszaniny wprowadza się odważkę prekursora z dodatkiem diakrylanu poli(glikolu etylenowego). Powstałą kompozycję nanosi się bezpośrednio na zabezpieczaną powierzchnię i poddaje się ekspozycji promieniowaniem UV-A, w zakresie długości fali 280 nm oraz przy natężeniu w zakresie 20 mW/cm2, przy czym czas ekspozycji powłoki w celu utwardzenia powłoki wynosi 180 sekund.The subject of the application is an adhesive coating composition containing an ester-urethane precursor and a UV-A crosslinking photoinitiator in an organic solvent, preferably ethyl acetate, characterized in that the composition comprises poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate as the precursor, wherein the poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate has a molar mass exceeding 750 g/mol. The weight ratio of the precursor plus photoinitiator to poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate is in the range of 1:99 to 99:1. The composition allows for obtaining an easily removable coating layer with improved adhesion on both metallic and hydrophobic surfaces utilizing the adhesion phenomenon. The application also includes a method for applying the adhesive coating composition to the surface to be protected. In the preferred method according to the invention, a weighed amount of the phosphine-ketone photoinitiator is dissolved in ethyl acetate. A precursor weighed with polyethylene glycol diacrylate is then added to the mixture. The resulting composition is applied directly to the surface to be protected and exposed to UV-A radiation at a wavelength of 280 nm and an intensity of 20 mW/cm², with the exposure time for curing the coating being 180 seconds.
