Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowy profil nośny z rdzeniem termicznym, mający zastosowanie zwłaszcza w bramach wielkogabarytowych. Hybrydowy profil nośny z rdzeniem termicznym składa się z dwóch zewnętrznych profili aluminiowych (1, 2), połączonych śrubowo z dwoma przekładkami termicznymi (3), które mogą być różnej długości, w zależności od wymogów konstrukcyjnych. Zewnętrzne profile aluminiowe posiadają przetłoczenia (4), które umożliwiają montaż profili wzmacniających. Zewnętrzne profile posiadają również gwintowane gniazda (5) do wkręcania śrub mocujących poszycie bramy do profilu nośnego. Powstała pomiędzy profilami zewnętrznymi przestrzeń (6), jak również przestrzeń profili zewnętrznych (7), może być wypełniona materiałem izolacyjnym.
