PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a vessel primarily used for drinking beer, which can also be used for other beverages. Well-known beer drinking vessels come in various shapes and forms. The most common are the tankard, i.e., a cylindrical vessel with a handle; glasses of various shapes without a handle; and a large goblet on a stem with a saucer. Glasses and goblets typically vary in diameter and height and are made of transparent white glass. Well-known beer mugs are made of transparent white glass, stoneware, or porcelain, in either single or multi-colored designs, sometimes with lids. The novelty and originality of a beer drinking vessel that is the subject of an industrial design is evident in its shape and color. This vessel takes the form of a goblet with the appearance and shape of an inverted, bottomless beer bottle, the base of which is shaped like the bottom of such a bottle. In its basic, upper volume, the vessel is cylindrical, which in its lower part transforms in an arc, without a bottom, into a hollow, conical stem with a significantly smaller diameter, decreasing towards the bottom, and shaped like the neck of a beer bottle. In its lowest part, right next to the base, this stem is equipped with two annular projections around its circumference, identical to those on the top of a beer bottle, and between these projections is a golden rim. The base of the chalice, to which its stem is centrally attached, is shaped like a round plate with a diameter equal to the diameter of the upper, cylindrical part of the chalice, with slightly raised and rounded edges. This vessel is made of thick, transparent glass in brown or white and has a capacity of up to 0.5 liters. The overall shape of the vessel resembles an inverted beer bottle with the bottom cut off, which is attached to the neck and forms the base of the vessel.
