Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wkładka antyseptyczna, która posiada warstwę płaską (1) i warstwę pofalowaną (2), z których co najmniej jedna warstwa jest warstwą tłuszczoszczelną. Pomiędzy warstwą płaską (1) i warstwą pofalowaną (2) znajduje się mieszanina klejowa (3) składająca się z kleju z dodatkiem sorbinianu potasu. Mieszanina klejowa (3) składa się z 3% — 6% sorbinianu potasu i 94% — 97% kleju na bazie skrobi. Mieszanina klejowa (3) składa się z 3% — 6% sorbinianu potasu, 22% — 25% skrobi pszenicznej i 70% — 73% wody. Warstwa płaska (1) i warstwa pofalowana (2) wykonane są z papieru o gramaturze 40 — 60 gramów na metr kwadratowy. Warstwa pofalowana (2) ma współczynnik pofalowania 1,3 - 1,4. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób wytwarzania wkładki antyseptycznej, który polega na tym, że przygotowuje się warstwę płaską (1) i warstwę pofalowaną (2) oraz mieszaninę klejową (3), a następnie na warstwę płaską (1) nanosi się mieszaninę klejową (3) i przykleja się warstwę pofalowaną (2). Mieszanina klejowa (3) składa się z kleju i sorbinianu potasu. Mieszaninę klejową (3) nanosi się na warstwę płaską w ilości 12 — 18 gramów na metr kwadratowy.The subject of the application is an antiseptic insert that has a flat layer (1) and a corrugated layer (2), at least one of which is a greaseproof layer. Between the flat layer (1) and the corrugated layer (2) there is an adhesive mixture (3) consisting of an adhesive with the addition of potassium sorbate. The adhesive mixture (3) consists of 3% - 6% potassium sorbate and 94% - 97% starch-based adhesive. The adhesive mixture (3) consists of 3% - 6% potassium sorbate, 22% - 25% wheat starch and 70% - 73% water. The flat layer (1) and the corrugated layer (2) are made of paper with a basis weight of 40 - 60 grams per square meter. The corrugated layer (2) has a corrugation factor of 1.3 - 1.4. The subject of the application is also a method for manufacturing an antiseptic insert, which comprises preparing a flat layer (1) and a corrugated layer (2) as well as an adhesive mixture (3), and then applying the adhesive mixture (3) to the flat layer (1) and gluing the corrugated layer (2). The adhesive mixture (3) consists of glue and potassium sorbate. The adhesive mixture (3) is applied to the flat layer in an amount of 12-18 grams per square meter.
