Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przeciwciało skierowane przeciwko wimentynie powierzchniowej w terapii chorób, w przebiegu których mają miejsce procesy włóknienia, w szczególności w przebiegu choroby wybranej z grupy obejmującej: włóknienie płuc, włóknienie serca, sarkoidozę, twardzinę układową, marskość wątroby, nefropatie cukrzycową, chorobę Leśniowskiego—Crohna i reumatoidalne zapalenie stawów, w szczególności włóknienie płuc, zwłaszcza w następstwie zakażenia koronawirusem ciężkiego ostrego zespołu oddechowego, szczególnie pokowidowe włóknienie płuc, korzystnie wybrane z grupy obejmującej pritumumab, poliklonalne królicze przeciwciało w klasie IgG przeciw wimentynie (ab45939, Abcam), monoklonalne mysie przeciwciało w klasie IgG przeciw wimentynie powierzchniowej (#H00007431-M08 ThermoFisher), monoklonalne mysie przeciwciało w klasie IgG przeciw cytrulinowanej wimentynie (#22054 Cayman Chemical), kurze poliklonalne przeciwciało w klasie IgY przeciw wimentynie (#NB300223, Novus Biologicals), w szczególności pritumumab.
