Przedmiotem zgłoszenia potencjometryczna mikroelektroda jonoselektywna w postaci wielowarstwowej struktury planarnej, obejmująca: membranę jonoselektywną (1), przylegającą do membrany jonoselektywnej warstwę adhezyjną (2), przylegające do warstwy adhezyjnej (2) podłoże przewodzące (3) oraz przylegające do podłoża przewodzącego (5) wyprowadzenie elektryczne, które to wyprowadzenie elektryczne (5) naniesione jest na nieprzewodzącą podstawę (4) i jest zamknięte powłoką hermetyzacyjną (6) z pasty izolacyjnej, chemicznie odpornej i elektrycznie nieprzewodzącej, mającą przepust dla podłoża węglowego (3) i wyprowadzenia elektrycznego (5). W innym aspekcie zgłoszenie dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania potencjometrycznej mikroelektrody jonoselektywnej.The subject of the application is a potentiometric ion-selective microelectrode in the form of a multilayer planar structure, comprising: an ion-selective membrane (1), an adhesive layer (2) adjacent to the ion-selective membrane, a conductive substrate (3) adjacent to the adhesive layer (2), and an electrical lead adjacent to the conductive substrate (5), the electrical lead (5) being applied to a non-conductive base (4) and closed with an encapsulating coating (6) made of an insulating paste, chemically resistant and electrically non-conductive, having a passage for the carbon substrate (3) and the electrical lead (5). In another aspect, the application also relates to a method for manufacturing a potentiometric ion-selective microelectrode.
