Abstract
Wysokomomentowa maszyna z przekładnią magnetyczną, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma nieruchomy stojan (1) z prostymi żłobkami, pierwszą szczelinę powietrzną (2), ruchome wewnętrzne koło (3) z magnesów trwałych ułożonych koncentrycznie, drugą szczelinę powietrzną (4) warstwę biegunów żelaznych (5), trzecią szczelinę powietrzną (6), zewnętrzne koło magnetyczne (7) z magnesów trwałych ułożonych koncentrycznie z biegunami magnetycznymi magnesowanymi według koncepcji Halbacha oraz jarzmo (8). Warstwa biegunów żelaznych (5) wykonana jest z nieprzylegających do siebie i połączonych ze sobą części łukowych.A high-torque magnetic gear machine is characterized in that it has a stationary stator (1) with straight slots, a first air gap (2), a movable inner wheel (3) of permanent magnets arranged concentrically, a second air gap (4), a layer of iron poles (5), a third air gap (6), an outer magnetic wheel (7) of permanent magnets arranged concentrically with magnetic poles magnetized according to the Halbach concept, and a yoke (8). The layer of iron poles (5) is made of non-adjacent and interconnected arc parts.
