Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest zamknięcie strunowe i sposób wykonania zamknięcia strunowego. Zamknięcie strunowe posiada dwie listwy mocujące (1), a na każdej z nich są posadowione odpowiednio części męskie (2) oraz części żeńskie (3) zamków (4). Część męska (2) i część żeńska (3) zamka (4) posiada w swojej strukturze zamknięte pęcherzyki powietrza (5). Sposób wykonania zamknięcia strunowego polega na tym, że do tworzywa sztucznego, z którego są wykonane zamki (4) dodawany jest porofor w ilości 0,2% - 10%. Listwy mocujące (1) oraz zamki (4) są wytłaczane na różnych wytłaczarkach, przy czym do tworzywa sztucznego w wytłaczarce wytłaczającej zamki (4) dodawany jest porofor. Zamknięcie strunowe znajduje zastosowanie jako rodzaj zamknięcia zwłaszcza woreczków foliowych. Sposób wykonania zamknięcia strunowego, znajduje zastosowanie przy produkcji opakowań z zamknięciem strunowym.The subject of the application is a string closure and a method for making a string closure. The method for making a string closure involves adding a blowing agent in an amount of 0.2% - 10% to the plastic material from which the zippers (4) are made. The fastening strips (1) and the zippers (4) are extruded on various extruders, with the blowing agent being added to the plastic material in the extruder that extrudes the zippers (4). The string closure is used as a type of closure, particularly for plastic bags. The method for making a string closure is used in the production of packaging with a string closure.
