Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja substancji aktywnych w postaci chlorku litu oraz resweratrolu oraz jej zastosowanie w leczeniu chorób neurodegeneracyjnych, zwłaszcza choroby Parkinsona. Kompozycja zawiera chlorek litu oraz resweratrol, gdzie chlorek litu występuje w zakresie 0,1 — 20 mM, zaś resweratrol w zakresie 1 - 100 µM. Kompozycja substancji aktywnych zawierająca chlorek litu oraz resweratrol wykorzystywana jest do zastosowania w leczeniu chorób neurodegeneracyjnych, a zwłaszcza choroby Parkinsona. Kompozycja zastosowanych związków powoduje usuwanie agregatów á-synukleiny, silne działanie antyoksydacyjne oraz chroni i naprawia neurony przed uszkodzeniami na poziomie molekularnym i komórkowym.
