Abstract

Niniejsze zgłoszenie dotyczy rekombinowanego białka i polipeptydu o właściwościach przeciwbakteryjnych uzyskanych z genu YR7 z Yersinia ruckeri, kompozycji je zawierających, zastosowań oraz sposobu je wykorzystującego. Rekombinowane białka i polipeptyd o właściwościach przeciwbakteryjnych będą stosowane do zapobiegania rozwojowi bakterii w środowisku wodnym i będą mieć zastosowania w dziedzinie zootechniki, rybactwa oraz hodowli ryb, w szczególności ryb łososiowatych w akwakulturach, szczególnie wobec Yersinia ruckeri powodującej jersiniozę ryb.The present application relates to a recombinant protein and polypeptide with antibacterial properties obtained from the YR7 gene of Yersinia ruckeri, compositions containing them, uses, and a method for using them. The recombinant proteins and polypeptide with antibacterial properties will be used to prevent the growth of bacteria in an aquatic environment and will have applications in the fields of zootechnics, fisheries, and fish farming, in particular salmonid fish in aquaculture, particularly against Yersinia ruckeri, which causes fish yersiniosis.
