Abstract

Elektromechaniczny przetwornik energii z modułowym elektromagnetycznym układem wzbudzania, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma pierścieniowy rdzeń, w którym osadzony jest dzielony wirnik (1) z rozłożonymi promieniowo co najmniej dwoma elementami (2) w postaci magnesów trwałych lub elementami z materiału ferromagnetycznego, uzwojenie trójpasmowe A, B oraz C oraz dzieloną obudowę (3). Natomiast uzwojenie trójpasmowe A, B, C stanowi dziesięć cewek pasma A, dziesięć cewek pasma B, dziesięć cewek pasma C, a każda z cewek pasma A, pasma B i pasma C tworzy komplet cewek A, B, C, natomiast pierścieniowy rdzeń ma dwanaście wzdłużnych, przelotowych otworów wewnętrznych rozmieszczonych od strony pobocznicy wewnętrznej pierścieniowego rdzenia oraz dwanaście wzdłużnych, przelotowych otworów zewnętrznych rozmieszczonych od strony pobocznicy zewnętrznej pierścieniowego rdzenia, przy czym otwory zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne rozmieszczone są z przesunięciem względem siebie. Wysokość otworów wewnętrznych jest większa niż otworów zewnętrznych, natomiast cewki pasma A, pasma B oraz pasma C rozłożone są w otworach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych pierścieniowego rdzenia, przy czym cewki podwójnie uzwojone pasma A, B, C od strony otworów wewnętrznych rozłożone są równomiernie w kolejności A, C, B, tak, że co drugi otwór wewnętrzny od strony wewnętrznej pierścienia zajęty jest przez sąsiadujące ze sobą dwa boki cewek podwójnie uzwojonych dwóch różnych pasm A, B lub C, a od strony zewnętrznej pierścienia co drugi otworów wewnętrzny zajęty jest przez pojedynczo uzwojone dwa boki cewek uzupełniającego pasma kompletu A, B lub C. Natomiast pozostałe niezajęte otwory wewnętrzne od strony zewnętrznej pierścienia zajęte są przez sąsiadujące ze sobą dwa boki cewek podwójnie uzwojonych dwóch różnych pasm A, B lub C, natomiast otwory zewnętrzne zajęte są przez sąsiadujące ze sobą boki z jednej strony bok cewki podwójnie uzwojonego pasma A, B lub C i z drugiej strony bok cewki pojedynczo uzwojonej odmiennego pasma A, B lub C.An electromechanical energy converter with a modular electromagnetic excitation system is characterized in that it has an annular core in which a split rotor (1) is mounted with at least two radially arranged elements (2) in the form of permanent magnets or elements made of ferromagnetic material, a three-strand winding A, B and C, and a split housing (3). The three-strand winding A, B, C comprises ten coils of band A, ten coils of band B, ten coils of band C, and each of the coils of band A, band B, and band C forms a set of coils A, B, C, while the annular core has twelve longitudinal, through-hole internal holes arranged on the side of the inner side of the annular core and twelve longitudinal, through-hole external holes arranged on the side of the outer side of the annular core, wherein the outer and inner holes are arranged with an offset relative to each other. The height of the inner holes is greater than the outer holes, while the coils of band A, band B and band C are distributed in the inner and outer holes of the annular core, wherein the double-wound coils of band A, B, C from the inner holes side are distributed evenly in the order A, C, B, so that every other inner hole from the inner side of the ring is occupied by two adjacent sides of double-wound coils of two different bands A, B or C, and from the outer side of the ring every other inner hole is occupied by two single-wound sides of coils of the complementary band A, B or C. The remaining unoccupied inner holes from the outer side of the ring are occupied by two adjacent sides of double-wound coils of two different bands A, B or C, while the outer holes are occupied by the adjacent sides of, on one side, the side of the double-wound coil of band A, B or C and, on the other side, the side of the single-wound coil of a different band A, B or C.
