Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest konstrukcja cienkościenna członu ramienia robotycznego, która charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch płyt czołowych (1), wykonanych z arkusza blachy w kształcie trapezu, które przy podstawie mają wykonane wygięcia, którymi przylegają do siebie, zaś przy krawędziach zewnętrznych wykonane są otwory pod śruby, przy czym do płyt czołowych (1) przymocowana jest nieruchoma trapezowa przegroda (4), która kształtem odpowiada kształtowi dwóch połączonych płyt czołowych (1), przy czym przegroda ma centralnie wykonane trapezowe gniazdo, w którym zamocowana jest wzdłużnie kratownica (3). Symetrycznie, do połączonych płyt czołowych (1) i nieruchomej przegrody stałej (4) wraz z kratownicą (3), przymocowane są i połączone ze sobą kolejno, druga przegroda stała (4) wraz z drugą kratownicą (3), przy czym do drugiej przegrody stałej (4) przymocowane są dwie płyty tylne (2), które posiadają wybrania, do których przymocowany jest w sposób nierozłączny nypel (5) z gwintem zewnętrznym. Kratownice (3) są połączone ze sobą środkami oraz przeciwległymi zewnętrznymi pasami odpowiednio do płyty czołowej (1) oraz płyty tylnej (2).The subject of the application is a thin-walled structure of a robotic arm member, which is characterized in that it consists of two frontal plates (1) made of trapezoidal sheet metal, which have bends at their bases, through which they adhere to each other, and holes for screws are made at their outer edges, wherein a fixed trapezoidal partition (4) is attached to the frontal plates (1), the shape of which corresponds to the shape of two connected frontal plates (1), wherein the partition has a centrally made trapezoidal socket, in which a grid (3) is longitudinally attached. Symmetrically, to the connected frontal plates (1) and the fixed fixed partition (4) together with the grid (3), a second fixed partition (4) together with a second grid (3) are attached and connected to each other in turn, wherein two back plates (2) are attached to the second fixed partition (4), which have recesses, to which a nipple (5) with an external thread is permanently attached. The trusses (3) are connected to each other at the centers and at the opposite outer flanges to the front plate (1) and the rear plate (2), respectively.
