Abstract

Warstwowy element budowlany zbrojony, zawierający materiał spieniony, zbrojony materiałem odpadowym. Element charakteryzuje się tym, że pomiędzy zewnętrznymi powierzchniami jest przynajmniej jedna warstwa zbrojenia, przy czym zbrojenie stanowi co najmniej jedno z: włókien roślinnych, pasków materiału nieroślinnego, sieczki materiału roślinnego, sieczki materiału nieroślinnego. Sposób wytwarzania warstwowych elementów budowlanych zbrojonych, obejmujący formowanie kształtek elementów w formach kształtowych, w których warstwowo nakłada się materiał warstwowego elementu budowalnego zbrojonego oraz materiał zbrojenia. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że dokonuje się technologicznego podziału bryły budynku na poszczególne bryły składowe. Następnie na podstawie dokumentacji brył składowych, wykonuje się formy, po czym wprowadza się do formy pierwszą warstwę spienionego materiału, następnie przynajmniej jedną warstwę materiału zbrojącego, przynajmniej jedną, kolejną, warstwę spienionego materiału. Po napełnieniu formę zamyka się i pozostawia się na okres od 2 do 24 godzin. Po związaniu elementu, nawierca się wyjętą z formy kształtkę warstwowego elementu, przy czym nawiercanie prowadzi się od strony docelowej wierzchniej powierzchni elementu przez całą jego grubość, bez przewiercania powierzchni przeciwległej go powierzchni nawiercanej. Nawierconą kształtkę elementu sezonuje się następnie przez 2 do 24 h, po czym poddaje się następnie obróbce wstępnej i obróbce wykańczającej.
