Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kocioł zgazowujący centralnego ogrzewania z palnikiem oraz palnik metalowy. Kocioł zgazowujący centralnego ogrzewania z palnikiem, komorą załadunkową z doprowadzeniem powietrza pierwotnego oraz komorą dopalającą charakteryzujący się tym, że kanał (7) doprowadzający powietrze wtórne (PW) wbudowany jest w dwie poziome lamele (25), nad którymi bezpośrednio znajduje się komora załadowcza, a poniżej komora dopalająca (9), zaizolowany od nich płytami ceramicznymi (26) i połączony jest bezpośrednio z palnikiem metalowym (8) ze stali żarowytrzymałej, składającym się z dwóch ścian: zewnętrznej (28) oraz wewnętrznej, przy czym ścina zewnętrzna posiada otwór (30) odpowiadający kształtem przekrojowi kanału (7) i jest z nim ściśle połączona, zaś ściana wewnętrzna palnika (8) ma na swych obu bocznych ścianach symetrycznie rozmieszczone rzędy otworów wlotowych (24), przy czym w płaszczyźnie poziomej na całej swojej wysokości kanał (7) oblany jest wodą z płaszcza wodnego (5).The subject of the application is a central heating gasification boiler with a burner and a metal burner.
