Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest nowy szczep bakterii Streptococcus salivarius 500 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów PCM w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk im. Ludwika Hirszfelda we Wrocławiu pod numerem B/00478 o właściwościach probiotycznych. Zgłoszenie zawiera także sposób inhibicji wzrostu bakterii patogennych za pomocą bakterii probiotycznych Streptococcus salivarius 500, charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się nowe bakterie probiotyczne Streptococcus salivarius 500 o numerze depozytu B/00478, które wykazują hamujące działanie wobec bakterii Gram-ujemnych Escherichia coli oraz Gram-dodatnich: Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus pyogenes, Enterococcus faecalis, Streptococcus agalactiae.
