Abstract

Inicjator odziaływujący bodźcem zapalającym wyzwalany promieniowaniem laserowym, zawierający światłoczułą kombinację wybuchową charakteryzuje się tym, że zbudowany jest z korpusu (3) zakończonego z jednej strony gniazdem montażowym (4) w układzie inicjowanym, z drugiej strony gniazdem przyłączeniowym (5) typu SMA905 lub SMA906, wewnątrz którego osadzony jest konektor stalowy (11) z umieszczonym wewnątrz włóknem światłowodowym (8), korzystnie krzemowym o średnicy od 50 µm do 1000 µm, źródło promieniowania laserowego o długości fali w zakresie od 400 nm do 700 nm, korzystnie 520 mn, mocy od 100 mW do 1000 mW, znajdującym się wewnątrz płaszcza światłowodu pokrytego pancerzem kewlarowo-gumowym zabezpieczonym osłoną gumową, połączony za pomocą nakrętki łączącej (12), przy czym na zewnątrz korpus (3) wyposażony jest w krążek nitrocelulozowy (6), na którego powierzchni umiejscowiony jest krążek stalowy (7), natomiast wewnątrz korpus (3) pokryty jest warstwą materiału wysokoenergetycznego o niskiej gęstości (1) od 10% do 40% maksymalnej gęstości teoretycznej oraz warstwą materiału wysokoenergetycznego o wysokiej gęstości (2) od 20% do 90% maksymalnej gęstości teoretycznej.An initiator acting as an ignition stimulus triggered by laser radiation, containing a photosensitive explosive combination, is characterized in that it is composed of a body (3) terminated on one side with a mounting socket (4) in an initiated system, on the other side with a connection socket (5) of the SMA905 or SMA906 type, inside which a steel connector (11) is mounted with an optical fiber (8) placed inside, preferably a silicon one with a diameter from 50 µm to 1000 µm, a laser radiation source with a wavelength in the range from 400 nm to 700 nm, preferably 520 mN, power from 100 mW to 1000 mW, located inside the optical fiber jacket covered with a Kevlar-rubber armor protected by a rubber cover, connected by means of a connecting nut (12), while on the outside the body (3) is equipped with a nitrocellulose disc (6), on which a steel disc (7) is placed on the surface, while inside the body (3) is covered with a layer of high-energy material with low density (1) from 10% to 40% of the maximum theoretical density and a layer of high-energy material with high density (2) from 20% to 90% of the maximum theoretical density.
