Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest ekologiczny, biodegradowalny materiał opakowaniowy, zawierający papier recyklingowalny oraz nasiona roślin, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera papier tekturowy z recyklingu w ilości 80% - 90% wagowych, nasiona roślin w ilości 1% — 5% wagowych, a nadto naturalne odpady owoców lub warzyw w ilości 5% — 15% wagowych.
