Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kopaczka do ziemniaków składająca się z zespołu krusząco-separującego oraz zespołu podbierającego, charakteryzuje się tym, że zespół krusząco-separujący (1) posiada trzy bębny prętowe (6) napędzane wałami drążonymi (3), wyposażonymi w spiralnie rozmieszczone dysze (8) powietrza zasilane z instalacji pneumatycznej ciągnika. Natomiast zespół podbierający (2) wyposażony jest w zestaw lemieszy płytkowych (10), osadzonych sprężyście do belki poprzecznej (11), zamocowanej do ramy (5) kopaczki i sprężyście zamocowanych wokół osi pionowych, przy czym każdy klawisz lemiesza (10) składa się z dwóch prostokątnych elementów z prostokątnymi otworami, w które wchodzą tarczki (7) pierwszego bębna separującego oraz elementu podcinającego w postaci prostokątnej płytki zakończonej trójkątnym, zaostrzonym nacięciem.The subject of the application is a potato digger consisting of a crushing-separating unit and a pickup unit, characterized in that the crushing-separating unit (1) has three rod drums (6) driven by hollow shafts (3), equipped with spirally arranged air nozzles (8) supplied from the tractor's pneumatic system. The pickup unit (2) is equipped with a set of plate shares (10), resiliently mounted to a crossbeam (11), attached to the digger frame (5) and resiliently mounted around vertical axes, wherein each share key (10) consists of two rectangular elements with rectangular holes, which accommodate the discs (7) of the first separating drum, and a cutting element in the form of a rectangular plate ending with a triangular, sharpened notch.
