Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wieszak na tranzelki, wykonany z jednego litego elementu blachy, wycinany w sposób ciągły i precyzyjny za pomocą maszyny CNC. Konstrukcja nie wymaga stosowania połączeń mechanicznych ani spawów. Element posiada zaokrąglone krawędzie o określonych promieniach, co eliminuje ryzyko skaleczeń użytkowników i zwierząt. Gięcie odbywa się przy użyciu specjalistycznych narzędzi, umożliwiających dwupoziomowe formowanie części konstrukcyjnych. Wieszak zawiera cztery rzędy haków, rozmieszczonych naprzemiennie po lewej i prawej stronie, co zapewnia równomierne rozłożenie obciążenia i zwiększa stabilność oraz funkcjonalność całej konstrukcji. Wieszak znajduje zastosowanie w procesach transportu, w szczególności w zawieszaniu, przechowywaniu i przewożeniu elementów, takich jak tranzelki oraz inne mniejsze elementy (ogłowia, popręgi, kantary, wędzidła, uwiązy oraz lonże).
