Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielobarwny element zabezpieczający, naniesiony na części lub na całości podłoża, składający się z co najmniej dwóch warstw graficznych nałożonych jedna na drugiej, w którym pierwszą warstwę (103) graficzną stanowi co najmniej jedna sekwencja naprzemiennych linii dwukolorowych, stykających się ze sobą, z czego pierwsza linia w pierwszym kolorze w sekwencji naprzemiennych linii pierwszej warstwy (103) graficznej posiada pierwszą wartość początkową szerokości, zaś pierwsza linia w drugim kolorze w sekwencji naprzemiennych linii pierwszej warstwy (103) graficznej posiada drugą, inną wartość początkową szerokości, przy czym linie w pierwszym kolorze oraz linie w drugim kolorze sekwencji naprzemiennych linii pierwszej warstwy (103) graficznej mają zmienną szerokość w kierunku prostopadłym, zaś drugą warstwę graficzną stanowi co najmniej jedna sekwencja równoległych względem siebie linii i/lub figur geometrycznych, w którym sekwencja równoległych względem siebie linii drugiej warstwy (104) graficznej jest umieszczona na sekwencji naprzemiennych linii pierwszej warstwy (103) graficznej tak, że interferencja linii obu warstw tworzy gradientowe przejście barwne z efektem moiré.The subject of the application is a multi-colored security element, applied on part or on the whole of a substrate, consisting of at least two graphic layers superimposed one on the other, in which the first graphic layer (103) is at least one sequence of alternating two-color lines in contact with each other, wherein the first line of the first color in the sequence of alternating lines of the first graphic layer (103) has a first initial value of width, and the first line of the second color in the sequence of alternating lines of the first graphic layer (103) has a second, different initial value of width, wherein the lines of the first color and the lines of the second color of the sequence of alternating lines of the first graphic layer (103) have a variable width in the perpendicular direction, and the second graphic layer is at least one sequence of mutually parallel lines and/or geometric figures, in which the sequence of mutually parallel lines of the second graphic layer (104) is placed on the sequence of alternating lines of the first graphic layer (103) so that the interference of the lines of both layers creates gradient color transition with moiré effect.
