Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stanowisko badawcze do badania przemieszczenia paneli ściennych wyposażone w stalową ramę, charakteryzujące się tym, że stalowa rama (2) jest w postaci dwuteownika i umożliwia utwierdzenie do podłoża, a ponadto zawiera co najmniej jeden uchwyt mocujący (8) do mocowania badanego panelu połączony do stalowej ramy (2) w sposób trwały, przy czym uchwyt wykonany jest z dostosowaniem do rozstawu podstawowych wymiarów paneli, a do uchwytu mocującego (8) zamocowana jest z jednej strony narożna blacha mocująca (7), zaś z drugiej strony uchwytu mocującego (8) wykonana jest stalowa blokada (9) w postaci profilu podtrzymującego bocznie i od góry umieszczany panel, a ponadto pomiędzy narożną blachą mocującą (7) a stalową blokadą (9) na uchwycie mocującym (8) mocuje się panele ścienne, przy czym w narożnej blasze mocującej (7) wykonane są otwory (11) umożliwiające zamocowanie panelu, ponadto stanowisko zawiera co najmniej jeden siłownik dynamiczny (1) zamocowany rozłącznie do ramy (2) i co najmniej jeden laserowy czujnik przemieszczeń (10).The subject of the application is a test stand for testing the displacement of wall panels equipped with a steel frame, characterized in that the steel frame (2) is in the form of an I-beam and enables fixing to the ground, and furthermore comprises at least one mounting bracket (8) for mounting the tested panel permanently connected to the steel frame (2), wherein the bracket is made to be adapted to the spacing of the basic dimensions of the panels, and on one side a corner mounting plate (7) is attached to the mounting bracket (8), while on the other side of the mounting bracket (8) a steel lock (9) is made in the form of a profile supporting the panel placed laterally and from above, and furthermore between the corner mounting plate (7) and the steel lock (9) on the mounting bracket (8) wall panels are fastened, wherein in the corner mounting plate (7) there are holes (11) enabling the mounting of the panel, furthermore the stand comprises at least one dynamic actuator (1) detachably attached to the frame (2) and at least one laser displacement sensor (10).
