Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania powłoki funkcyjnej, który polega na tym, że za pomocą ramki (9) oraz zgarniacza (11) na narzędziu formującym układana jest warstwa proszku (2) metalu w postaci aluminium, albo proszku tlenku metalu w postaci A12O3, albo proszku tlenku półmetalu w postaci piasku kwarcowego o ziarnistości w zakresie od 50 do 300 µm. Następnie na warstwę proszku (2) układa się tkaniny z włókien (3) szklanych, na które nakłada się materiał rdzenia (12). Następnie materiał rdzenia (12) przykrywa się kolejnymi warstwami tkaniny z włókien (3) szklanych. Następnie na warstwy włókien (3) nakłada się tkaninę rozdzielającą (4) oraz folię perforowaną (5) i siatkę rozprowadzjącą (6) do infuzji. Następnie na narzędziu formującym (1) w sąsiedztwie warstw układa się rurkę spiralną (7) do wprowadzania żywicy oraz rurkę spiralną albo rurkę mikroporowatą do odprowadzenia powietrza. Następnie taśmą uszczelniającą (10) łączy się narzędzie formujące (1) z folią próżniową (8) przykrywającą warstwy i rurki oraz wytwarza się wewnątrz przestrzeni pomiędzy narzędziem formującym, a folią próżniową ciśnienie o wartości od 250 do 350 hPa i wprowadza się żywicę o lepkości w zakresie 160 — 325 mPa s i wypełnia się przestrzeń. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również powłoka funkcyjna wykonana na podłożu kompozytu typu „sandwich”, która składa się z utwardzonej żywicy epoksydowej, albo poliestrowej oraz z utwardzonego proszku (2) metalu w postaci aluminium, albo utwardzonego proszku tlenku metalu w postaci A12O3, albo utwardzonego proszku tlenku półmetalu w postaci piasku kwarcowego.The subject of the application is a method for producing a functional coating, which consists in applying a layer of metal powder (2) in the form of aluminum, or metal oxide powder in the form of Al2O3, or semimetal oxide powder in the form of quartz sand with a grain size ranging from 50 to 300 µm to a forming tool using a frame (9) and a scraper (11). Next, glass fiber fabrics (3) are placed on the powder layer (2), and a core material (12) is applied to the powder layer (2). The core material (12) is then covered with successive layers of glass fiber fabrics (3). A separating fabric (4), a perforated foil (5), and a distribution mesh (6) for infusion are then applied to the fiber layers (3). A spiral tube (7) for resin introduction and a spiral tube or microporous tube for air removal are then placed on the forming tool (1) adjacent to the layers. Then, the forming tool (1) is connected with the vacuum foil (8) covering the layers and tubes using a sealing tape (10), and a pressure of 250 to 350 hPa is created inside the space between the forming tool and the vacuum foil, and a resin with a viscosity in the range of 160 - 325 mPa s is introduced and the space is filled. The subject of the application is also a functional coating made on a "sandwich" composite substrate, which consists of a hardened epoxy or polyester resin and a hardened metal powder (2) in the form of aluminum, or a hardened metal oxide powder in the form of Al2O3, or a hardened semimetal oxide powder in the form of quartz sand.
