Abstract
Belka główna (10) ruchomej konstrukcji wsporczej paneli fotowoltaicznych, przeznaczona jest zwłaszcza dla jednoosiowych systemów śledzenia słońca, stosowanych w instalacjach fotowoltaicznych. Belka główna (10) zawiera co najmniej pierwszą belkę, drugą belkę (2) oraz co najmniej jeden łącznik belki (3). Pierwsza belka, druga belka (2) oraz łącznik belki (3) mają w przekroju poprzecznym kształt wielokąta posiadającego co najmniej parę boków równoległych oraz posiadają otwory przelotowe i są połączone przy pomocy śrub zabezpieczonych nakrętkami przechodzących przez te otwory przelotowe. Wynalazek charakteryzuje się tym, że pierwsza belka, druga belka (2) i łącznik belki (3) mają otwory przelotowe na co najmniej dwóch przeciwległych ściankach. Na tych ściankach znajduje się co najmniej jedna para otworów przelotowych, przy czym otwory przelotowe w każdej parze otworów przelotowych mają różną średnicę i zawierają otwór montażowy odpowiadający średnicy trzonu śruby oraz otwór technologiczny odpowiadający co najmniej średnicy łba śruby.A main beam (10) of a movable photovoltaic panel support structure is intended particularly for single-axis solar tracking systems used in photovoltaic installations. The main beam (10) comprises at least a first beam, a second beam (2), and at least one beam connector (3). The first beam, the second beam (2), and the beam connector (3) have a polygonal cross-section with at least a pair of parallel sides and have through holes and are connected by means of bolts secured with nuts passing through these through holes. The invention is characterized in that the first beam, the second beam (2), and the beam connector (3) have through holes on at least two opposing walls. These walls have at least one pair of through holes, wherein the through holes in each pair of through holes have a different diameter and include a mounting hole corresponding to the diameter of the bolt shank and a processing hole corresponding to at least the diameter of the bolt head.
