Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nano/mikrokapsułki o średniej średnicy od 0,1 µm do 5 µm mające otoczkę o grubości od 5 nm do 100 nm kapsułkującą rdzeń charakteryzujące się tym, że otoczka (4) nano/mikrokapsułek (1) zawiera pektynę dostarczoną do przygotowania nano/mikrokapsułek (1) w miąższu owocowym, zaś rdzeń (3) stanowi nanoemulsja wodno-olejowa zawierająca składniki bioaktywne (6, 7). Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również prozdrowotny produkt zawierający te nano/mikrokapsułki oraz sposób ich otrzymywania.
