Abstract
Antyrezonansowy młyn wibracyjny, zawiera ramę podpartą na podstawie za pomocą elementów sprężystych oraz co najmniej jedną komorę, w której znajdują się elementy mielące, przy czym komora podwieszona jest do ramy za pomocą sprężystego zawieszenia, zaś rama wyposażona jest w dwa wibracyjne elementy napędowe, które stanowią przeciwbieżne, współfazowe wibratory inercyjne wraz z układem synchronizacji, usytuowane po obu stronach komory, charakteryzuje się tym, że układ komory (1) z ramą (3) napędową tworzą tłumik dynamiczny dla kątowego kierunku drgań, tj. w płaszczyźnie xy oraz dla kierunku poziomego x, tj. prostopadłego do osi wzdłużnej 1c komory (1).An anti-resonant vibratory mill comprises a frame supported on a base by means of elastic elements and at least one chamber in which grinding elements are located, wherein the chamber is suspended from the frame by means of an elastic suspension, and the frame is equipped with two vibratory driving elements, which are counter-rotating, co-phase inertial vibrators together with a synchronization system, located on both sides of the chamber, characterized in that the arrangement of the chamber (1) with the driving frame (3) forms a dynamic damper for the angular direction of vibrations, i.e. in the xy plane, and for the horizontal direction x, i.e. perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 1c of the chamber (1).
