Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest środek do nanopowłokowej ochrony antykorozyjnej, hydro — i oleofobowej do elementów stalowych ocynkowanych, wielowarstwowy, składający się ze składnika bazowego w postaci sieciowanych siloksanów, środków sieciujących, rozpuszczalników, który cechuje się tym, że w pierwszej warstwie składa się ze środka bazowego w postaci 10,5% - 12,5% wagowych dietoksymetylosilanu, 0,5% wagowych azotanu chromu, 0,01% wagowych fluoru, rozpuszczonego w 84,99% - 86,99% wagowych wody dejonizowanej, a w drugiej warstwie ze środka sieciującego w postaci 20% - 60% wagowych aminofunkcyjnego oligomerycznego krzemianu rozpuszczonego w 40% - 80% wagowych izopropanolu, przy czym pH wynikowe całej mieszaniny składników wynosi 7 - 7,5.
