Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania wysokochłonnego materiału chitozanowego, realizowany w obecności układu substancji pomocniczych, który polega na tym, że najpierw w temperaturze ≤45°C miesza się ze sobą 40% - 55% m/m chitozanu o stopniu deacetylacji SD>80% i ciężarze cząsteczkowym Mw>300 000 Da, z układem substancji pomocniczych, który zawiera 15% - 45% m/m wodnego roztworu kwasu mlekowego o stężeniu ≥60% m/m i 2% - 30% m/m wybranej pochodnej kwasu tłuszczowego. Następnie uzyskaną mieszaninę poddaje się plastyfikacji w ślimakowym urządzeniu uplastyczniającym, w temperaturze z zakresu 55°C - 85°C, przy szybkości obrotowej 20 - 60 rpm i otrzymuje się plastyfikowany materiał chitozanowy.
