Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób suszenia powłok lakierniczych na polakierowanym obiekcie, w którym powłokę lakierniczą poddaje się działaniu promieniowania podczerwonego z promiennika podczerwieni, który charakteryzuje się tym, że stosuje się promiennik podczerwieni (111) ustawiony w komorze generacyjnej (110) ograniczonej podłogą, sufitem, ścianami bocznymi i ścianą tylną, przy czym w komorze znajduje się ponadto nawiewnik (112) powietrza od strony ściany tylnej, przy czym do nawiewnika (112) doprowadza się powietrze, w którym obniża się zawartość dwutlenku węgla do poziomu co najwyżej 0,02%, przy czym promiennik podczerwieni (111) ustawia się na drodze strumienia powietrza z nawiewnika (112) w kierunku polakierowanego obiektu (10), zaś polakierowany obiekt ustawia się przed promiennikiem podczerwieni (111) w odległości, w której stężenie dwutlenku węgla w powietrzu jest obniżone do poziomu co najwyżej 0,02% na czas niezbędny do obniżenia wilgotności powłoki lakierniczej na polakierowanym obiekcie do pożądanego poziomu.The subject of the application is a method of drying paint coatings on a painted object, in which the paint coating is exposed to infrared radiation from an infrared radiator, which is characterized in that an infrared radiator (111) is used, positioned in a generation chamber (110) limited by a floor, a ceiling, side walls and a rear wall, wherein the chamber is further provided with an air inlet (112) on the side of the rear wall, wherein air is supplied to the air inlet (112) in which the carbon dioxide content is reduced to a level of at most 0.02%, wherein the infrared radiator (111) is positioned in the path of the air stream from the inlet (112) towards the painted object (10), and the painted object is positioned in front of the infrared radiator (111) at a distance at which the carbon dioxide concentration in the air is reduced to a level of at most 0.02% for the time necessary to reduce the humidity of the paint coating on the object (10), varnished object to the desired level.
