Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania zestawu substancji aktywnych do leków i kosmetyków, zwłaszcza dla skóry trądzikowej, który charakteryzuje się tym, że do 0,1% - 75,0% wagowych tlenku cynku o uziarnieniu 0,05 - 50,0 mikrometrów i do 0,1% - 35,0% wagowych tlenochlorku bizmutu (III) o uziarnieniu 1,0 - 25,0 mikrometrów, dodaje się siarkę koloidalną w postaci jednorodnego proszku o uziarnieniu 0,1 - 30,0 mikrometrów, w ilości 0,1% – 20,0% wagowych. Po osuszeniu każdego składnika zestawu, z osobna, do poziomu wilgotności równej równowadze wilgotności względnej powietrza 10% RH, miesza się, co najmniej 10 - 20 minut z prędkością obrotową mieszalnika 15 - 30 obrotów na minutę, a po wymieszaniu pakuje w jednostkowe opakowania.
