Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest element zabezpieczający oraz nośnik elementu zabezpieczającego. Element zabezpieczający (1) zawierający podłoże (10) dla transmisyjnego elementu optycznego oraz transmisyjny element optyczny (11). Zgłoszenie ma zastosowanie do zabezpieczania wartościowych dokumentów, w tym banknotów. Element zabezpieczający (1) charakteryzuje się tym, że podłoże (10) dla transmisyjnego elementu optycznego jest folią (10) posiadającą na co najmniej jednej stronie środki adhezyjne (13), przy czym co najmniej jeden obszar (14) folii (10), na tej co najmniej jednej stronie ze środkami adhezyjnymi (13), nie ma środków adhezyjnych (13) oraz tym, że transmisyjny element optyczny (11) jest wykonany na folii (10) techniką nadruku według docelowego wzorca w granicach obszaru (14) bez środków adhezyjnych (13), a docelowy wzorzec zawiera co najmniej fragment wzorca dyfrakcyjnego stanowiącego generowany komputerowo hologram.
