Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przerywacz płomienia gazów dolotowych i wylotowych silników spalinowych, montowany w układzie dolotowym lub wydechowym silnika spalinowego, zawierający blok odcinający płomień, obudowę oraz elementy służące do przyłączenia do układu dolotowego lub wydechowego, przeznaczony do pracy w obecności pyłów lub gazów palnych w wyrobiskach górniczych lub innych strefach zagrożonych wybuchem, w którym blok odcinający płomień stanowi monolit wykonany z ceramicznego porowatego materiału (1) przepuszczającego medium gazowe, składający się z kanałów wlotowych (2) i kanałów wylotowych (3). Kanały wlotowe (2) zaślepione są od strony wylotowej, natomiast kanały wylotowe (3) zaślepione są od strony wlotowej. Kanały ułożone są naprzemiennie, tak że do ścianek każdego kanału wlotowego (2) przylegają wyłącznie kanały wylotowe (3), a do ścianek każdego kanału wylotowego (3) przylegają wyłącznie kanały wlotowe (2). Blok (1) jest izolowany od obudowy metalowej (7) niepalnym materiałem uszczelniającym (6), a obudowa od strony wlotowej wyposażona jest w dyfuzor (9), a od strony wylotowej w konfuzor (11).
