Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest lepiszcze asfaltowe będące spienioną z wykorzystaniem wody mieszaniną asfaltu z woskiem syntetycznym F-T o obniżonym śladzie węglowym LC będącym polimerem metylenowym, który jest alkanem syntetyzowanym z gazu syntetycznego na bazie węglowodorów lub gazu ziemnego i amidopoliaminami oleju talowego, które charakteryzuje się tym, że stanowi mieszaninę 96,9-98,9% m/m asfaltu oraz wosku syntetycznego F-T o zmniejszonym śladzie węglowym LC w ilości 1-2,5% m/m, korzystnie 1,5-2,0% m/m oraz amidopoliaminami oleju talowego w ilości 0,2-0,6% m/m, korzystnie 0,2-0,4% m/m. Korzystnie, spienione jest poprzez podanie pod ciśnieniem 450-600 kPa i w ilości 1-2,5% m/m wody i w wyniku synergii wosku syntetycznego F-T o obniżonym śladzie węglowym LC będącego polimerem metylenowym, który jest alkanem syntetyzowanym z gazu syntetycznego na bazie węglowodorów lub gazu ziemnego i amidopoliaminami oleju talowego poddane starzeniu RTFOT (Rolling Thin Film Oven) i PAV (Pressure Ageing Vessel). Jako asfalt stosuje się asfalt 50/70 zgodny z normą PN-EN 12591 według najnowszego datowania.The subject of the application is an asphalt binder being a mixture of asphalt foamed with the use of water with a synthetic wax F-T with a reduced LC carbon footprint being a methylene polymer, which is an alkane synthesized from a synthetic gas based on hydrocarbons or natural gas and tall oil amidopolyamines, which is characterized in that it is a mixture of 96.9-98.9% m/m of asphalt and synthetic wax F-T with a reduced LC carbon footprint in the amount of 1-2.5% m/m, preferably 1.5-2.0% m/m, and tall oil amidopolyamines in the amount of 0.2-0.6% m/m, preferably 0.2-0.4% m/m. Preferably, it is foamed by applying water at a pressure of 450-600 kPa and in an amount of 1-2.5% m/m, and as a result of the synergy of F-T synthetic wax with a reduced carbon footprint LC, which is a methylene polymer, which is an alkane synthesized from synthetic gas based on hydrocarbons or natural gas, and tall oil amidopolyamines, subjected to RTFOT (Rolling Thin Film Oven) and PAV (Pressure Aging Vessel) aging. The asphalt used is 50/70 asphalt compliant with the PN-EN 12591 standard according to the latest dating.
