Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania fosforoamidu N-(diaminophosphinyl)-3,4-dichloroaniliny znamienny tym, że w pierwszym etapie przeprowadza się reakcję pomiędzy mieszaniną acetonitrylu i dichloroaniliny w stosunku 80 cz. wag.:13 cz. wag. i wkraplaną mieszaniną acetonitrylu i trichlorku fosforylu w stosunku 80 cz. wag.:3 cz. wag., a stosunek molowy aminy do trichlorku fosforylu to 4:1, przy czym reakcję przeprowadza się w temperaturze w zakresie 0 — 5°C z odprowadzeniem wilgoci ze środowiska reakcyjnego, a prędkość wkraplania jest w zakresie 50 – 100 µl/s, po zakończeniu wkraplania mieszanie utrzymuje się przez co najmniej 10 godzin w temperaturze 0 — 5°C, następnie przez mieszaninę przepuszcza się gazowy amoniak do uzyskania osadu, który suszy się co najmniej przez 24 godziny w temperaturze pokojowej. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również zastosowanie fosforoamidu N-(diaminophosphinyl)-3,4-dichloroaniliny do inhibicji aktywności enzymu ureazy w nawozach zawierających mocznik.
