Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest manipulator maciczny, przeznaczony do zaopatrywania defektu blizny po cięciu cesarskim, mający zastosowanie w leczeniu pooperacyjnym i w procedurach laparoskopowych w obrębie narządów miednicy mniejszej. Wykorzystanie manipulatora jest możliwe podczas operacji laparoskopowych lub robotycznych z dostępu przez powłoki brzuszne, jak również z dostępu pochwowego, przy niżej zlokalizowanych defektach blizny. Manipulator maciczny składa się z sondy (2), usytuowanej w rękojeści (10) oraz zamocowanego na rękojeści (10) kulociągu (5), przy czym kulociąg (5) ma w postać wygiętej branszy zakończonej z jednej strony haczykiem, zaś z drugiej strony owalnym uchwytem (9) i jest zamocowany na rękojeści (10) za pomocą blokady z zatrzaskiem (8) oraz połączony jest z sondą (2) za pomocą ruchomej obejmy (4), zaś sonda ma postać anatomicznie wygiętego pręta o przekroju okrągłym z zaokrągloną końcówką (1), o średnicy 3 - 6 mm, przy czym przy końcu sondy 2,5 - 7 cm od końcówki (1) usytuowana jest lampa (3), a na drugim końcu sonda (2) ma podziałkę (11), zaś rękojeść (10) ma postać prostopadłościennej bryły, wewnątrz której usytuowane jest zasilanie lampy (3) oraz mechanizm zapadkowy składający się z przycisku ze sprężyną, przy czym na powierzchni górnej rękojeści (10) usytuowany jest włącznik (7) oraz dioda (6), a na powierzchni bocznej przycisk.The subject of the application is a uterine manipulator designed to manage a cesarean section scar defect, for use in postoperative treatment and laparoscopic procedures involving the pelvic organs. The manipulator can be used during laparoscopic or robotic procedures via a transabdominal approach, as well as via a vaginal approach for lower scar defects. The uterine manipulator consists of a probe (2) located in a handle (10) and a sling (5) mounted on the handle (10), wherein the sling (5) has the form of a bent branch with a hook at one end and an oval handle (9) at the other end and is mounted on the handle (10) by means of a lock with a latch (8) and is connected to the probe (2) by means of a movable clamp (4), and the probe has the form of an anatomically bent rod with a rounded cross-section with a rounded tip (1), with a diameter of 3 - 6 mm, wherein at the end of the probe 2.5 - 7 cm from the tip (1) there is a lamp (3), and at the other end the probe (2) has a scale (11), and the handle (10) has the form of a cuboid block, inside which there is a power supply for the lamp (3) and a ratchet mechanism consisting of consists of a spring-loaded button, with a switch (7) and a diode (6) located on the upper surface of the handle (10), and a button on the side surface.
