Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do odlewania zasilane energią elektryczną z zasilacza podwyższonej częstotliwości charakteryzujące się tym, że zawiera osłonę ferromagnetyczną (4) otwartą od góry, we wnętrzu której znajduje się cylindryczna cewka (1) umieszczona w izolacji (3) tak, że cewka (1) zawiera otwarty kanał wewnątrz izolacji (3) i w którym to kanale znajduje się forma odlewnicza (5), a na osłonie ferromagnetycznej (4) znajduje się pokrywa ferromagnetyczna (4a) z co najmniej jednym otworem do formy odlewniczej (5) i dwoma otworami na końcówki (1b) cewki (1), przy czym końcówki (1b) cewki (1) stykają się z końcówkami kontaktowymi (2) poprzez pierścienie zasilania cewki, a końcówki kontaktowe (2) łączą się poprzez przewody zasilające (2a) z zasilaczem podwyższonej częstotliwości (7).The subject of the application is a casting device powered by electric energy from a high-frequency power supply, characterized in that it comprises a ferromagnetic shield (4) open at the top, inside which there is a cylindrical coil (1) placed in insulation (3) such that the coil (1) comprises an open channel inside the insulation (3) and in which channel there is a casting mould (5), and on the ferromagnetic shield (4) there is a ferromagnetic cover (4a) with at least one opening for the casting mould (5) and two openings for the ends (1b) of the coil (1), wherein the ends (1b) of the coil (1) contact the contact ends (2) via the coil power supply rings, and the contact ends (2) connect via power supply lines (2a) to the high-frequency power supply (7).
