Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozyt z preimpregnowaną powłoką posiadający preimpregnat (1) składający się z warstwy nośnej (1.1) oraz warstwy funkcyjnej (1.2) połączonych materiałem termoplastycznym (1.3) w postaci włókniny. Istotą kompozytu z preimpregnowaną powłoką jest to, że preimpregnat (1) składający się z warstwy nośnej (1.1) z tkaniny z włókien szklanych lub węglowych, w który wtopiony jest materiał termoplastyczny (1.3), jest połączony z warstwą funkcyjną (1.2) składającą się z proszku metalu lub proszku półmetalu lub proszku węglika lub proszku minerału, w który wtopiony jest materiał termoplastyczny (1.3), natomiast od strony warstwy nośnej (1.1) na preimpregnacie (1) znajdują się warstwy tkanin szklanych (5) lub tkanin węglowych (5) wypełnione i połączone żywicą poliestrową. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest również sposób wytwarzania kompozytu z preimpregnowaną powłoką posiadający preimpregnat (1) składający się z warstwy nośnej (1.1) oraz warstwy funkcyjnej (1.2) połączone włókniną termoplastyczną, który polega na tym, że najpierw w pierwszym etapie na dolnej płycie (2) prasy termotransferowej układa się warstwę funkcyjną (1.1) w postaci proszku metalu lub proszku półmetalu lub proszku węglika lub proszku minerału, na którą nakłada się materiał termoplastyczny (1.3) w postaci włókniny, na który nakłada się warstwę nośną (1.1) w postaci tkaniny z włókien sztucznych, które zgrzewa się dociskając górną płytę grzewczą (3). Następnie w drugim etapie na dolnej płycie (2) prasy termotransferowej układa się wyrób powstały w pierwszym etapie w ten sposób, że styka się z nią od strony warstwy nośnej (1.1), po czym na wyrób powstały w pierwszym etapie nakłada się materiał termoplastyczny (1.3) w postaci włókniny i całość zgrzewa się dociskając górną płytę grzewczą (3) otrzymując preimpregnat (1). Następnie w dalszym procesie na narzędzie formujące (4) układa się preimpregnat (1) w ten sposób, aby stykał się materiałem termoplastycznym (1.3) z narzędziem formującym (4), po czym na preimpregnat (1) układa się warstwy tkanin (5) szklanych lub tkanin (5) węglowych, na które nakłada się tkaninę rozdzielającą (6) oraz folię perforowaną (7) i siatkę rozprowadzającą do infuzji (8), przy czym na narzędziu formującym (4) w sąsiedztwie warstw układa się rurkę spiralną do wprowadzania żywicy oraz rurkę spiralną albo rurkę mikroporowatą do odprowadzania powietrza, po czym łączy się taśmą uszczelniającą narzędzie formujące (4) z folią próżniową (11) przykrywającą warstwy i wytwarza się wewnątrz przestrzeni pomiędzy narzędziem formującym (4) a folią próżniową (11) ciśnienie i wprowadza się żywicę poliestrową, którą wypełnia się przestrzeń.The subject of the application is a composite with a preimpregnated coating having a preimpregnate (1) consisting of a carrier layer (1.1) and a functional layer (1.2) connected by a thermoplastic material (1.3) in the form of a non-woven fabric. The essence of the composite with a preimpregnated coating is that the preimpregnate (1), consisting of a carrier layer (1.1) made of glass or carbon fiber fabric, into which the thermoplastic material (1.3) is embedded, is connected to a functional layer (1.2) consisting of metal powder or semimetal powder or carbide powder or mineral powder, into which the thermoplastic material (1.3) is embedded, while on the side of the carrier layer (1.1) on the preimpregnate (1) there are layers of glass fabrics (5) or carbon fabrics (5) filled and connected with polyester resin. The subject of the application is also a method of producing a composite with a pre-impregnated coating having a pre-impregnate (1) consisting of a carrier layer (1.1) and a functional layer (1.2) connected by a thermoplastic non-woven fabric, which consists in that first, in the first stage, a functional layer (1.1) in the form of metal powder or semi-metal powder or carbide powder or mineral powder is placed on the lower plate (2) of a thermal transfer press, onto which a thermoplastic material (1.3) in the form of a non-woven fabric is applied, onto which a carrier layer (1.1) in the form of a fabric made of artificial fibers is applied, which are welded by pressing the upper heating plate (3). Then, in the second stage, the product created in the first stage is placed on the lower plate (2) of the thermal transfer press in such a way that it is in contact with it from the side of the carrier layer (1.1), after which the thermoplastic material (1.3) in the form of a non-woven fabric is applied to the product created in the first stage and the whole is welded by pressing the upper heating plate (3), obtaining a pre-impregnation (1). Then, in a further process, a pre-impregnation (1) is placed on the forming tool (4) in such a way that it is in contact with the thermoplastic material (1.3) of the forming tool (4), after which layers of glass fabrics (5) or carbon fabrics (5) are placed on the pre-impregnation (1), on which a separating fabric (6) and a perforated foil (7) and an infusion distribution mesh (8) are placed, wherein a spiral tube for introducing resin and a spiral tube or a microporous tube for evacuating air are placed on the forming tool (4) in the vicinity of the layers, after which the forming tool (4) is connected with a vacuum foil (11) covering the layers with a sealing tape, and pressure is created inside the space between the forming tool (4) and the vacuum foil (11) and a polyester resin is introduced, which fills the space.
