Abstract
Płyta kuloodporna posiada rdzeń (1) ze stali balistycznej oraz zewnętrzną powłokę elastomerową (2). Zewnętrzna powłoka elastomerowa (2) ma grubość co najmniej 3 milimetrów. Rdzeń (1) posiada frezowanie (3). Zewnętrzna powłoka elastomerowa (2) wykonana jest z materiału na bazie poliuretanu. Płyta posiada wewnętrzną powłokę elastomerową (4). Wewnętrzna powłoka elastomerowa (4) wykonana jest z materiału na bazie poliuretanu. Frezowanie (3) ma postać poziomych równoległych pasów. Sposób wytwarzania płyty kuloodpornej, w którym rdzeń płyty (1) poddaje się formowaniu przez wycinanie i wyginanie, a następnie natryskuje się powłoki elastomerowe polega na tym, że na zewnętrznej powierzchni rdzenia (1) wykonuje się frezowanie (3), a następnie natryskuje się wewnętrzną powłokę elastomerową (4) o grubości co najmniej 0,8 mm i zewnętrzną powłokę elastomerową (2) o grubości co najmniej 3 mm. Frezowanie (3) wykonuje się przy użyciu lasera. Zewnętrzną powłokę elastomerową (2) nanosi się w sześciu warstwach, a następnie dokonuje się pomiaru grubości powłoki i w przypadku, gdy powłoka nie posiada zadanej grubości nanosi się dodatkową warstwę. Milling (3) is performed using a laser. The outer elastomeric coating (2) is applied in six layers, the coating thickness is then measured, and if the coating does not meet the required thickness, an additional layer is applied. The inner elastomeric coating (4) is applied in two layers, the coating thickness is then measured, and if the coating does not meet the required thickness, an additional layer is applied.
