Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stojan elektrycznej maszyny bez kadłubowej zawierający spakietowane blachy elektrotechniczne współpracujące kształtowo z wzdłużnymi elementami stężającymi (6). Blachy mają żłobki (4) dla uzwojenia oraz żebra (3) do chłodzenia powietrzem, pomiędzy którymi znajdują się dodatkowo otwory (7) z rozcięciem prostokątnym do zabudowania rurek układu chłodzenia. Blachy mają kształt pierścieniowy, przy czym żłobki (4) dla uzwojenia są utworzone jako wybrania w wewnętrznej krawędzi każdej blachy stojana i rozłożone są równomiernie na obwodzie wewnętrznym blachy stojana, a ponadto na zewnętrznej krawędzi blach stojana utworzone są, rozłożone równomiernie na jej obwodzie gniazda osadcze (5) dla wzdłużnych elementów stężających (6) stojan, w których to gniazdach osadzone są wzdłużne elementy stężające stojan (5). Przedmiotem Zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania stojana jak określono powyżej.The subject of the application is a stator of an electric frameless machine containing stacked electrical sheets that cooperate in a form-fitting manner with longitudinal bracing elements (6). The sheets have slots (4) for the winding and ribs (3) for air cooling, between which there are additional openings (7) with rectangular slits for housing cooling system tubes. The sheets are annular in shape, wherein the slots (4) for the winding are formed as recesses in the inner edge of each stator sheet and are evenly distributed along the inner circumference of the stator sheet. Furthermore, on the outer edge of the stator sheets, mounting sockets (5) for the longitudinal bracing elements (6) of the stator are formed, evenly distributed along its circumference, in which sockets the longitudinal bracing elements (5) of the stator are mounted. The subject of the Application also is a method of manufacturing the stator as defined above.
