Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest biokompozycja elastomerowa na bazie kauczuku naturalnego, która zawiera, oprócz kauczuku, siarkowy zespół sieciujący o składzie: 2 części wagowe merkaptobenzotiazolu, 2 części wagowe siarki, 5 części wagowych tlenku cynku i 1 część wagową stearyny na 100 części wagowych kauczuku oraz napełniacz w postaci biowęgla. Biokompozycja zawiera biowęgiel otrzymany w wyniku wygrzewania słomy zbożowej, wstępnie rozdrobnionej na cząstki o rozmiarach mikrometrycznych, w temperaturze 600°C - 900°C w atmosferze gazu obojętnego, w czasie korzystnie 2 godzin.
