Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie i sposób pomiaru obwodów i geometrii brył, zwłaszcza kończyn, przeznaczone do bezdotykowego pomiaru geometrii i rozmiarów kończyn oraz tułowia. Urządzenie do pomiaru obwodów i geometrii brył, zwłaszcza kończyn, charakteryzuje się tym, że kontroler jest połączony z modułem orientacji przestrzennej (7) wyposażonym w co najmniej jeden dalmierz stanowiący bezdotykowy czujnik odległości (8) osadzony w ramie (2), zaś do ramy (2) zamontowane są co najmniej dwa uchwyty usytuowane przeciwlegle i symetrycznie względem ramy (2), przy czym co najmniej jeden uchwyt ma wydłużony kształt powiększony o komorę, w której osadzony jest kontroler (1) z modułem orientacji przestrzennej (7) i zasilaczem (10). Sposób polega na tym, że dla każdego skanu wykonanego w płaszczyźnie skanowania modułem orientacji przestrzennej (7) mierzy się wysokość środka płaszczyzny skanowania nad płaszczyzną odniesienia oraz mierzy się co najmniej jeden kąt nachylenia płaszczyzny skanowania względem płaszczyzny odniesienia, po czym wyznacza się obrys bryły.The subject of the application is a device and method for measuring the circumference and geometry of solids, especially limbs, intended for contactless measurement of the geometry and sizes of limbs and torso. The device for measuring the circumference and geometry of solids, especially limbs, is characterized in that the controller is connected to a spatial orientation module (7) equipped with at least one rangefinder constituting a contactless distance sensor (8) mounted in a frame (2), and at least two handles are mounted to the frame (2), located opposite and symmetrically with respect to the frame (2), wherein at least one handle has an elongated shape enlarged by a chamber in which the controller (1) with the spatial orientation module (7) and the power supply (10) are mounted. The method consists in that for each scan performed in the scanning plane, the height of the center of the scanning plane above the reference plane is measured with the spatial orientation module (7) and at least one angle of inclination of the scanning plane relative to the reference plane is measured, after which the outline of the solid is determined.
