Abstract
The subject of the application is a feed additive for ruminants containing micronized plant pomace, which is waste material from chokeberry fruit, in an amount ranging from 53% to 65% of the micronized product per part of the feed additive, with the content of polyphenolic compounds in the micronized product ranging from 160 mg/g dry matter to 220 mg/g dry matter, and containing butternut squash torrefacted product in an amount ranging from 26% to 32% of the torrefacted product per part of the additive and glycerine from 11% to 13%. The application also covers the method for obtaining the above additive.
