Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób produkcji mączek i drobnych frakcji kruszywa wapiennego, charakteryzujący się tym, że kruszywo wapienne o frakcji 0-2 mm, zsypuje się przenośnikiem taśmowym dozująco - ważącym w odmierzonej nadawie, którą wprowadza się do młyna rolowo-misowego i poddaje się procesowi mielenia przy temperaturze na wyjściu młyna od 80°C do 90°C, przy czym w trakcie mielenia do młyna rolowo-misowego wprowadza się gorące powietrze o temperaturze wejściowej od 250°C do 450°C, po czym poddaje się separacji na mączkę i frakcję 0-1,25 mm i wprowadza się osobno każdą frakcję do silosów magazynowych.The subject of the application is a method for producing flour and fine fractions of limestone aggregate, characterized in that limestone aggregate with a fraction of 0-2 mm is poured by a dosing and weighing belt conveyor into a measured feed, which is introduced into a roller-bowl mill and subjected to a grinding process at a mill outlet temperature of 80°C to 90°C, wherein during grinding, hot air is introduced into the roller-bowl mill with an inlet temperature of 250°C to 450°C, after which it is separated into flour and a fraction of 0-1.25 mm and each fraction is fed separately to storage silos.
