Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób chemicznej aktywacji mączki skalnej charakteryzujący się tym, że mączkę skalną poddaje się procesowi karbonatyzacji bezpośredniej przy użyciu gazów technicznych w zasadowym środowisku wodnym w następujących etapach: w pierwszym etapie miesza się mączkę skalną z roztworem wodorotlenku sodu uzyskując mieszaninę; następnie, podczas procesu mieszania, mieszaninę przepłukuje się roztworem azotu i dwutlenku węgla podawanym w proporcji w stosunku objętościowym zawartym odpowiednio w przedziale od 1:1,5 do 1:3, aż do krystalizacji na powierzchni ziaren mączki skalnej kryształów aragonitu, będącego polimorficzną formą węglanu wapnia; w kolejnym etapie mieszaninę przesącza się, a w ostatnim etapie powstały po odsączeniu proszek, suszy się.
